This rug pays tribute to Gravitación Tinta 1996, part of Chillida’s iconic Gravitaciones series—relief-like paper compositions suspended in space. By layering and suspending fragile materials, Chillida created dynamic tension and interplay between light, shadow, and form.
These same qualities are translated into textile using ancestral techniques, varied pile heights, and a tactile mix of fibers. The result is a sculptural surface that captures the quiet gravity and spatial complexity of the original work.
Crafted from 88% virgin wool and 12% Afghan wool, the rug combines softness, durability, and rich texture. Hand-tufted using a manual tool, it allows for fluid lines and subtle depth—echoing the layered tension of Chillida’s original collage.

Free shipping on all orders above 1.200 DDK. If your order is below 1.200 DDK in Denmark, shipping costs starts from 55 DDK.

Free shipping on all orders above €350 in EU. If your order is below €350 in EU, you'll pay from €25 for NL, BE, DE & €30 for other EU countries.
Please note shipping to Norway & Switzerland is €30.
Non EU
For other countries/outside EU shipping costs starts from €35. For orders placed outside EU, the return costs are for the customer.
Returns
Our returns policy allows you to return products unused within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s).
