General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on the website ⁦www.tadaimacph.com⁩, owned by Moore Copenhagen ApS, CVR no. 37267716, Trondhjemsgade 11, 3rd floor, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark.

By placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase. We recommend that you read the terms carefully before completing your order.

Moore Copenhagen ApS reserves the right to update and amend these terms and conditions on an ongoing basis, with effect for future purchases.

Delivery and payment information

The following sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries from tadaimacph.com.

Purchase of goods

Each time you place an order at tadaimacph.com, we will send an order confirmation to you after which your order will be packed and shipped. The order amount will be deducted from your preferred payment solution when the order is shipped.

Payment and taxes

At tadaimacph.com you can pay with most international credit cards including VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners, or with PayPal and Mobile Pay. All prices showed at tadaimacph.com are incl. Danish VAT. If you are located in an EU country, you will have to pay Danish VAT due to the rule of free mobility of goods and the VAT amount is included in the item’s price. However, if you are located in a non-EU country you will not have to pay Danish VAT, instead you will have to pay the VAT/taxes applicable for your country. The specific tax to be paid will feature on your order overview during checkout and on your order confirmation.

Delivery time and transport

Delivery of ordered items from tadaimacph.com is deemed to have occurred when you have received the items. All orders ordered through tadaimacph.com are shipped with one of our preferred carriers. Stock items will be shipped within a maximum of 72 hours after ordering, unless it is otherwise stated in the individual product description. Delivery will usually take place within 2-4 business days of shipment. The stated delivery date is indicative and may therefore be waived. For made-to-order products, the delivery time may vary from 4-8 weeks. Delivery at a certain time is currently not possible. 

Guidelines regarding times of delivery

- Denmark (zone 1): 1 – 2 working days;

- EU member states (zone 2): 2 – 6 working days;

- Norway and Switzerland (zone 3): 3 – 6 working days;

- Other countries (zone 4): 8 – 10 working days.

Risk of goods

The risk of goods passes to the buyer when the right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from receipt. If the item has been damaged or deteriorated after the buyer has received it, the buyer will retain her/his right of withdrawal if the damage or deterioration is not due to negligence or lack of care from her/his side. It is recommended to store the original packaging the item may be delivered in, as any returned or defect items must be returned in its original packaging.

Claim

Any manufacturing defects in items supplied by tadaimacph.com must be invoked within 24 months after you have purchased and received the items. It is the customer's duty to specify and, upon request, show how the item’s manufacturing defect is expressed. If the customer discovers a defect in an item purchased at tadaimacph.com, please contact us at hello@tadaimacph.com. The customer can according to the Danish ‘Købeloven’ (Sales of Goods Act) only complain about errors that appear within 2 years after the item have been delivered to the customer. For items with limited durability, the customer's complaint facility is limited by the shelf life that tadaimacph.com has presented to the customer or as shown in the item’s packaging. The customer can upon tadaimacph.com’s accepting the claimed item defect choose whether the item should be repaired or replaced. The exception to this is if replacement is impossible or will result in excessive costs beyond the item’s purchase price for tadaimacph.com. In such case the defected item will at tadaimacph.com’s discretion be repaired or refunded.

Cancellation or return of order

Tadaima Cph gives you a 14 days window of cancellation, valid from the day you receive the item. If you regret your purchase, we must be notified accordingly by mail to hello@tadaimacph.com. You are required to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it is received, which is also applicable to the packaging and information label on the item. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.

Gift certificates

At Tadaima it is possible to purchase a gift card which can be used in our online as well as physical store. When your order is fulfilled you will receive an e-mail with the gift card for you to print. The gift card is valid for five years after the date of purchase. It is possible to spend some of the money and save the rest for later. In this case, you will receive an e-mail with the remaining value. 

Intellectual property rights

tadaimacph.com and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the sole and exclusive property of tadaimacph.com and its licensors. The intellectual property rights for tadaimacph.com and its original content, features and functionality is protected by Danish and international copyright and trademark laws. Our trademark, content, features and functionality may not be reproduced or used in any way without the prior written consent of tadaimacph.com.

Disclosure

Agreements (purchase orders) can be concluded in Danish or English and are in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act kept on record by the company for 5 years.
