Returns

Online purchases 

When you place an order with us on tadaimacph.com, you are welcome to return any item(s), provided you return them within 14 days of delivery according to danish law. Made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s). You may use your own shipper to return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery in the original box. To avoid any disputes, it is recommended that you retain proof of sending. 

Made-to-order + one of a kind  

Made to order items or one of a kind cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. You can find out if an item is made to order by looking in the product description. If you are unsure, you are welcome to write to: hello@tadaimacph.com

Returns  

Items should be returned, unused and with all tags still attached. Our branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.  

It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs for any returns. We do not pick-up packages from package shops. The returned item(s) should be physically delivered to our store. Alternatively, you may also visit our physical store to return the item(s).

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider. 

Exchanges 

Your returned product cannot be replaced. Please place a new order line. You will be reimbursed for the returned product. If you have received your returned product as a gift, the buyer will automatically receive a refund. Please note that product purchased in the Online shop cannot be returned to authorised retailers.
