Bauhaus ceiling lamp | HMB 29
Bauhaus ceiling lamp | HMB 29
In the Schwintzer & Gräfe catalog from 1928/1929, you can find a range of lights meticulously designed, dimensioned, and illustrated by Marianne Brandt. These lights were once mass-produced, and thanks to accurate historical information, German manufacturer Tecnolumen were able to restore some of these lights true to the original.
Crafted with precision, the ceiling lamp features nickel-plated metal and a half-opal, half-matt glass ball. Available in ball diameters of 25 cm or 40 cm, each lamp proudly carries the Tecnolumen/Bauhaus logo, representing its unique connection to Bauhaus heritage.
Marianne Brandt was a German multifaceted artist, painter, sculptor, photographer, and designer working in metal. Her iconic designs, including the DMB 26 lamp, are now showcased at prestigious art institutions like MOMA in New York and the British Museum in London, solidifying her status as one of the most prominent Bauhaus artists of her time.
Delivery time: 1 - 2 weeks.
