Dorte Visby is a Danish ceramic artist working from her studio by the cliffs of Lønstrup on Denmark’s west coast, where the raw surrounding landscape informs her approach to material, form and surface. Rooted in traditional pottery, her work moves between functional ceramics and one-of-a-kind sculptural pieces.
