Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TADAIMA.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on www.tadaimacph.com. By placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase. We recommend reading these terms carefully before completing an order.
Section 1 - Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes or violate any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
The website, including its original content, features and functionality, remains the exclusive property of tadaimacph.com and its licensors and is protected by Danish and international copyright and trademark laws.

We do not guarantee that all information on this website is accurate, complete, or current at all times. Section 5 - Products or Services
Orders
When you place an order on tadaimacph.com, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order amount will be deducted from your selected payment method when the order is shipped.
Payment and Taxes
We accept most international credit cards, including VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners, as well as PayPal and MobilePay.
All prices are shown including Danish VAT.
EU customers pay Danish VAT in accordance with EU regulations
Non-EU customers do not pay Danish VAT but may be subject to local taxes or duties, shown during checkout
Delivery
Stock items are normally shipped within 72 hours, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary:
Denmark: 1–2 working days
EU: 2–6 working days
Norway & Switzerland: 3–6 working days
Other countries: 8–10 working days
Made-to-order products typically have a delivery time of 4–8 weeks.
Risk of Goods
Delivery is deemed to have occurred when the customer has received the goods. The risk remains with TADAIMA until the right of withdrawal expires 14 days after receipt.
Claims (Defects)
Manufacturing defects must be claimed within 24 months in accordance with the Danish Købeloven. Customers must document and describe the defect. Upon acceptance, the item may be repaired, replaced or refunded at TADAIMA’s discretion.
Cancellation and Returns
