If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below you’ll find our eligibility requirements, return process, and related policies.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must returned within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.
Certain items such as made‑to‑order and one‑of‑a‑kind items cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. If you’re unsure whether an item is made to order, please check the product description or contact us at hello@tadaimacph.com.
Return Process
Initiate your return by emailing us at hello@tadaimacph.com within 14 days of delivery.
Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
We do not collect packages from parcel shops. Please ship your return directly to the address below or deliver it in person.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your purchase or refund is in a currency other than DKK, the refunded amount may vary slightly due to currency fluctuations.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.
If you received the product as a gift, the refund will automatically be credited to the original purchaser.
Products purchased online cannot be returned to authorised retailers; returns must be handled through our online store or at the address above.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or full refund as applicable.
