Tea Tin - Common Flame
An award-winning Da Hong Pao Oolong from the Wuyi Mountains in China, known for its distinctive mineral character and depth. Notes of roasted wood and dark fruit are balanced by a subtle sweetness, creating a rich and layered cup.
Grown among the rocky cliffs of Wuyi, the mineral-rich landscape gives the tea its characteristic warmth and complexity. Made from whole tea leaves with nothing added, each serving can be steeped up to three times.
Food Pairing
With a depth and complexity reminiscent of fine wine, Common Flame pairs particularly well with charred and caramelised flavours, umami-rich dishes and aged cheeses. Also suited to Asian cuisine, dark chocolate, figs and fresh fruit.
