They use traditional stone-grinding techniques, avoiding mechanical heat to preserve the tea’s flavor and quality. Only 3% of Japan’s tea-growing area produces this unique, vibrant green matcha, known for its smooth, naturally sweet flavor with hints of green pear, mango, and umami.
