Garlands reinterprets archival 18th-century garland motifs in a contemporary expression. As light moves across the surface, a refined pearled structure and varied woven textures reveal the jacquard-woven framed ornaments.
Woven in Portugal from 50% European linen and 50% cotton, the face cloth combines the durability and absorbency of linen with the softness of cotton for a richly tactile feel.
Finished with a refined hemstitch frame and a braided silk hanging loop, woven in France by artisans using traditional 19th-century wooden looms.
