EPS5 Candle
Malte van der Meyden is a conceptual designer based in Düsseldorf, Germany. With a playful approach to his work, Malte blends conventional forms with conceptual objects. The 'EPS5' candle is a stacked sculptural candle made from 100% canola wax and features an organic silhouette resembling Styrofoam pieces. An elongated cotton wick centers the candle, and as it melts, the candle undergoes a transformation in shape. Each candle is handmade in Germany and comes with a branded dust bag. Due to its handmade nature, slight variations in size, shape, and color may occur.
