Inspired by a delicate flower motif carved into stone along the slopes of the Pokuttya-Bukovyna Carpathians, the Eeive Runner echoes the Pulsatilla patens, a bloom that marks the dawn of spring.
Woven from pure sheep’s wool, it continues the Hutsul tradition of the lizhnyk - a rug used in both daily life and ritual. Each Basny lizhnyk is handmade through more than ten stages, from gathering and preparing the wool to the final finishing of the textile.
