The first vase from the Brun Foncé series, defined by its generous curves and deep, warm brown glaze.
Each vase is slowly shaped by hand on the potter’s wheel using traditional ceramic techniques, then finished with a hand-applied glossy glaze. Subtle irregularities, brushstrokes and tonal variations remain visible across the surface, revealing traces of the making process.
Sculptural yet functional, Brun Foncé can stand alone as an object or be used as a vessel for branches and tall stems.
Because every piece is made entirely by hand, slight variations in dimensions, form, surface and colour are natural and make each vase unique.
