Cup With Handle, Silk
Kristine Vedel Adeltoft, a ceramic artist from Falster, Denmark, created a hand-turned cup with handle using rough, black stoneware. The cup is finished with a transparent, silky matte glaze. The cup has a rounded bottom, providing a comfortable grip.
The glazes are inspired by the rustic earth tones of the local nature in Falster, and are named after nearby areas such as the forest at Corselitze, the natural landscape around Hæsnæs, Grønsund, and Bavnehøj.
