This is a hand-turned bowl made from coarse, black stoneware clay by Kristine Vedel Adeltoft - a ceramic artist from Falster, Denmark. The bowl is finished with a transparent, silky matte glaze. Despite its dark color and coarse texture, the bowl has an elegant appearance with a high and narrow foot.

The glazes are inspired by the rustic earth tones of the local nature in Falster, and are named after nearby areas such as the forest at Corselitze, the natural landscape around Hæsnæs, Grønsund, and Bavnehøj.
