Tadaima
Japanese Small Dish

Description

Tadaima presents a collection of Japanese ceramics by a third-generation Shigaraki-yaki maker, located east of Kyōto. The area is included as one of Japan’s six old kilns – being said to have a history of 1260 years. In 1976 Shigaraki-yaki was designated a traditional craft in Japan. These handcrafted Japanese dishes are the perfect size to pair with a tea cup, the incense holders as a base, or for serving small treats. A petite unglazed dish with a subtle brushed rim. As every dish is handcrafted, each is unique and will differ slightly from piece to piece.
