Tadaima
Japanese Sake Cup

Description

Tadaima presents a collection of Japanese ceramics by a third-generation Shigaraki-yaki maker, located east of Kyōto. The area is included as one of Japan’s six old kilns – being said to have a history of 1260 years. In 1976 Shigaraki-yaki was designated a traditional craft in Japan. These petite Japanese cups are the perfect size to savour each sip. They can be used for sake, tea, or paired with the incense rings and circles as a base. As every cup is handcrafted, each is unique and will differ slightly from piece to piece.
