Description

These unique artworks are created by highly skilled paper-artisans, who have adapted over thousand years old tradition of Washi Japanese handmade paper techniques and further developed their original techniques. All works are composed of several layers and materials such as glass, paper and mirror, which create an exciting and subtle expression. The sturdy frame is made of pine, while the paper comes from sustainable plants and agricultural by-products, such as mulberries, salago, cogon grass, banana fibers, pineapple leaves and recycled cardboard.

The artworks are made to order and each piece can be customized in according to color of the frame, size etc. Because of this, these typically take 10-12 weeks to arrive.
